EoC week 9 First ammendment and the news

I feel that even though it’s wrong to condone someone else’s religion. While it would be there right to do what they feel they must it would put countless people in trouble. I know that they have the right to burn our flags and bibles. Yet when someone goes to burn the Koran its treated in a uproar. Now don’t get me wrong I don’t want them to burn it. It already is causing major backlash and hate. Though it seems like they hate us based on a small portion of people and yet we hate them just the same. It is a just a perpetual hate that cycles through humanity. We can never truly be a unified race until the hate for others leaves. We have a total of 4 base genomes for our race and in some way everyone is related. So why not just ignore the fact that they have a different religion then you. It’s all well and good that they want to think what they think and you’re going to think what you think. People need to get over there tendencies of hate and just come together and be happy to know each other. I know that this will never happen in my lifetime maybe not even my child’s lifetime but I do hope it happens at some point.

Your own argument and opinions. Did you agree or disagree with the rulings. Provide some authority for your argument such as quotes from the book.

Rule of law -- a concise summary of the main precedent established. Support with quotes form the book

Reasoning of the Law -- analysis of the thinking process and logic used by your lawyer

The Questions: Explain why these are of interest to you. What specific concepts and terms were involved – in other words, what are the legal issues?

Legal Authority: How I made contact, found this person and why they are a good choice.

Honestly I found a lawyer friend but I realized after I had been talking to them. I could not use them because they were out of state. So I submit my final project as not being finished.

EoC week 7

currently the legal issues that affect me the most are the Driving laws and the way other people drive. Also copyright laws for artists are getting stricter and people are becoming nastier to artists. i have had several run ins with clients who decide that they can change the contracts on me. No i have a set contract for the way I work which covers the fees and hours used on the project. I really hope that people learn some to treat others the way they want to be treated but sadly its not true. People still hold true that the customer is right. I do not agree to the way artists are treated. Also I wonder why some mining areas are closed off after they are closed. I have been to many abandoned mines that look as if they were never closed off or never caved in. I have in depth explored a lot of them. I have found old mining railroads inside the mines. I have contacted the Nevada mining district and have yet to get a response. I know that its highly unlikely that I will get a response. Also I wonder why Car Mechanics try to get more money out of people who don’t know about cars. They try to sell stuff that isn’t needed and when stuff is really needed they ignore it and go onto the more expensive items. Like I was at pepboys I needed stuff done but I didn’t know about the transmission problem I asked them to at least take a look they did and said it was fine. Now I leak transmission fluid and I need to take it too a shop to have a very expensive repair done.

EoC week 3

When patents have claims that overlap each other in a manner that the invention claimed in one patent cannot be used or sold (“practiced” in patent lingo) without infringing the claims of the other patent and vice versa, each patent is referred to as a “________ ________” since it blocks the use of the other. Answer:Blocking Patent

the u.s. patent and trademark office (uspto) assigns numbered classes and subclasses to inventions for the purpose of classifying patents issued on them and facilitating retrieval of these patents in the course of a patent search. to conduct a search for prior patents relevant to an invention, one must first determine its proper classification. there are roughly 300 main classes, and an average of more than 200 subclasses under each main class. an invention will fall within at least one of the 66,000 separate classifications, and sometimes several.

Answer:Classification of Patent

This is proving to be a easy and simple but fun task.

EoC week 2

I think sometimes lawyers are good kind people but sometimes they can be the most underhanded and devious people out there. They charge an arm and a leg but it is worth it sometimes. Like my friend just had a Lawyer help him out for free because they were trying to deport him back to Canada, but he is a legal immigrant and is currently waiting on Citizenship. He is a resident of the country or whatever it is. They tried to get him on double jeopardy. The lawyer he had was a very nice person to take up the case for free as the normal fee for a immigration lawyer is 4000$. I'm happy to say that he is still here and is currently working and saving up for his Citizenship papers.
